"If you want to get your life together and actually get things done instead of feeling like your getting things done this is the tool for you. I use Minimalist Brain for everything, from achieving calisthenics goals to getting work done efficiently for my business to staying on top of studying for my part time university classes. 10/10 recommend to anyone that is serious about getting their life organized in a simple efficient way."
"I'm a Notion nerd. I've tried many templates and made my own too. Most templates look cool but aren't really "usable" but Minimalist Brain does an awesome job of being practical. You can tell a lot of work went into optimizing the little details. Love it!"
"I used to hate the idea of Notion templates, it mostly felt like another form of procrastination. Now I use this every day and it helps me get more done and makes work fun."
"Minimalist Brain shines when it comes to simplicity. So many other templates overload with useless features that look cool, but this one doesn't waste any space whatsoever. Would highly recommend."
"I used to manage everything on a couple of different apps. It wasn't unbearable, but Minimalist Brain helps me track everything in one place, which is a lifesaver. Also getting to see how much work actually gets done daily helps me push myself way more than I normally would."
"Now I can brain dump and actually plan out my day without having to remember it all in my head. This was way easier than trying to build it on my own. Definitely worth the time and headache saved."
"Can't say enough good things about Minimalist Brain. It only took me a couple of days to fully integrate it with the rest of my professional life and is super easy to customize. It's a gem, thanks!"
"Iโm a freelance designer and used to jump between 6 different tools to manage my life, it was chaos. Minimalist Brain gave me a clean space to think again. I like how everything connects in one place, but itโs not overwhelming like a few of the others I tried. Huge thanks :)"

Notion is a productivity workspace, where you can build pretty much whatever you want using databases, properties, and elements. I used it to make this template from scratch, and it's the foundation for my daily life!
Most "productivity" templates/systems are too complex to be sustainable, look "aesthetic" but don't help any aspect of your productive life, or have wayyy too much clutter.
Apart from being none of those things above, Minimalist Brain is a vehicle to a really really tempting result: being wildly productive without burning out, and having a good time doing it.
If I had this a couple of years ago, I'd be super grateful, so I thought others might feel the same way.
Not at all! Minimalist Brain is built to be simple intuitive, and entirely compatible with Notion's free version. I've provided a tutorial video and walkthrough to show you exactly how to get set up in no time, with 0 previous experience in Notion needed.
It's worth whatever price you put on winning back hundreds of hours in wasted time, and gaining lifetime access to a system that forces you to get as much work done as possible. You get the past 2 years of ups and downs I went through to figure out how to perfect a system that makes laziness obsolete.
Yes! Notion automatically has a built in dark mode that makes Minimalist Brain look super crisp. I personally switch between both depending on how bored I get of the other.
Extremely. Apart from being able to customize icons, colors, banners, and all the visual aspects, Minimalist Brain is built so you can re-organize the layout and filters of each part of the system. The point is to make the ideal dashboard that's specific to your life, activities, and goals.
I, like some of you, had lots of trouble staying consistent with my work, habits, and commitments. One week of godly work ethic and motivation, then another week of unproductive dopamine gremlin activities ๐น until the shame forced me to repeat the cycle.
I made myself the guinea pig and spent 2 years trying to figure out how to solve that and perfect my own system. The conclusion was: don't fight your animal brain (you won't win), just have a bulletproof system that guarantees success.
Minimalist Brain was born based on that philosophy. Eventually my friends started using it, and now I've helped hundreds of people just like you optimize for what I believe to be the most important aspect of productivity: working as many hours as possible on tasks that will actually move the needle.
Iโve seen all the Notion guides, gone through the typical phases of tracking useless things that look cool and making systems that I abandon after a week of using. That's why I made Minimalist Brain ๐. I've put a lot of work into this and it's changed my life. I sincerely hope it can change yours too!
